First download the Bootloader
And Os

1) Bootloader Click To Download
2) Oxygen os Click to download

Now read this article

Before installing OxygenOS, you need to flash PIE stock rom, preferably using Fastboot
Now put your device in fastboot mode and execute the following commands inside the Images folder :
1. fastboot set_active a
2. fastboot erase boot
3. fastboot erase system
4. fastboot -w
5. fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
6. fastboot flash system OxygenOS-10-laurel_sprout.img
7. fastboot flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
8. fastboot flash boot boot.img

Now type in fastboot reboot while holding vol+ button to force device into recovery.

Optionally flash Twrp Installer
